A ramen shop opened by a ramen-loving owner. It is located across from the FamilyMart along Shirahama Beach. This is the only store, and the rich pork bone soy sauce-based soup pairs well with the medium-thin egg noodles. Every day, the shop meticulously prepares the soup and noodles over a long period. The deep-flavored soup is exquisite, making you want to come back for more. This time, I also tried the handmade gyoza made in the shop, which had a thin yet chewy skin filled with juicy meat, chives, and garlic, providing a satisfying taste. You can order with pictures at the table, making it easy for customers from abroad to order. The seating accommodates 80 people, with many tables available for 4 to 6 people, allowing families and groups to enjoy their meals.
