These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the “Japanfit-Tourism” service (the “Service”). Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and JFIT-Link Co.,Ltd (the “Company”), the administrator of the Service, in connection with the use of the Service.
Article 2 – User Registration
1. Certain features of the Service are available only upon creating an account through the designated registration procedure. 2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. 3. Users are solely responsible for managing their account information and must not transfer or lend their account to any third party. 4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from password leakage or unauthorized use.
Article 3 – Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in any of the following: 1. Acts in violation of laws or public order and morals 2. Criminal acts or acts related to criminal activity 3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service 4. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof 5. Infringement of intellectual property rights belonging to the Company or third parties 6. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 4 – Suspension or Discontinuation of the Service
The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to users under the following circumstances: 1. System maintenance 2. Server failure, natural disasters, or other force majeure events 3. Any other reason deemed unavoidable by the Company
Article 5 – Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Service, including articles, photographs, and map data, is the property of the Company or third parties holding legitimate rights, and is protected by copyright and related laws.
Article 6 – Disclaimer
The Company assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided.
Article 7 – Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Any changes shall be announced on the Service’s website.
Article 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 9 – Account Termination
The Company may suspend or delete a user’s account under any of the following circumstances: 1. Violation of these Terms 2. Discovery of false informcomation in the registration details 3. Any other situation deemed inappropriate by the Company
