Rich Seafood Tsukemen Shop Using Noto Salt
This is a tsukemen specialty shop located on the 4th floor of Toyama Station MAROOT.
The store is not completely independent and can be seen from the outside, but the interior has a clean and calm atmosphere suitable for dining.
There are tables, but there are many counter seats, making it easy for women to enter alone.
At the entrance of the shop, there is an English menu, and there was also a poster on how to eat tsukemen.
I ordered the Rich Sakura Tsukemen and a seasoned egg.
The noodles were thick, and the dipping sauce was rich and creamy.
I dipped about half of the noodles in the sauce.
The extra-thick noodles were delicious as they absorbed the rich seafood broth!
Various toppings were available on the table, and by adding a little vinegar, I was able to enjoy the soup until the end.
I also enjoyed changing the flavor by adding seaweed.
