<Sake Brewery Tourism> Ishikawa Shuzo

A sake brewery founded in 1863 (Bunkyu 3) located in Fussa City, Tokyo.

We aim to be a "theme park for sake lovers," brewing the Japanese sake 'Tamajiman' and craft beers 'Tama no Megumi' and 'TOKYO BLUES.'

A historic sake brewery with 6 buildings designated as Important Cultural Properties by the country.
On the grounds watched over by a large Zelkova tree, time flows gently,
allowing you to encounter the charms of seasonal sake and beer.

Within the brewery grounds, there is a direct sales store, as well as Japanese and Italian restaurants, and an experiential guesthouse.

Please visit this theme park for sake lovers, where you can enjoy various activities.

No guide is provided, but you can freely stroll around the grounds.

With a pamphlet featuring a QR code distributed at the direct sales store 'Sakesera,' why not enjoy the atmosphere of the brewery by visiting the museum, the buildings designated as Important Cultural Properties, and the beer kettle used during the Meiji period?

● Small Group Sake Brewery Tour Course / 500 yen per person

Start times: 11:00 / 13:00 / 15:00

Estimated time required: about 45 minutes

* You may be with other customers.

* You will not be able to see the actual brewing process.

After the tour, you will be able to taste three varieties of Tamajiman in approximately 30ml tasting cups.
