I heard they serve 【Morning Ramen】, so I went to check it out.

The menu is limited, but I ordered the morning ramen.

It features a soy sauce-based soup with kaiware, shiitake mushrooms, tororo, and fresh seaweed, along with chicken and pork chashu.

It's a hearty ramen, but the soup is cold and has a light taste.

It felt more like soba than ramen, and I was able to enjoy it refreshingly even in the morning.

At one point, the owner brought over some oil and said, 'Please add this.'

Is it chicken oil? When added, it enhanced the richness, and the soy sauce flavor became deeper and a bit stronger.
