French-style Beef Bone Ramen at a Stylish Cafe

This is a clear soup rich in the umami of beef bone broth.
It was light and I ended up drinking it all.
It is topped with mizuna and yuzu. The thickly cut menma was quite satisfying.
The chashu was also tender and delicious.
It has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to enter the open cafe.
The shop is located inside the facility called Yasugi City General Cultural Hall ARUTEPIACAFE.
