A dessert that lets you fully enjoy strawberries shaved into frozen ice!

KAWANISHI Strawberry Farm, located in Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture, opened this year on the first floor of Kusatsu Kintetsu Department Store, just a short walk from Kusatsu Station.
"Purely shaved whole frozen strawberries" and other offerings are available year-round. Since we shave the strawberries themselves without using water or regular ice, you can enjoy the rich sweet and sour flavor along with a cold texture.
Additionally, we recommend the soft serve ice cream made with our specially grown strawberries from our own farm.
