Today, the soft-serve ice cream machine was out of order, so they weren't serving parfaits, but it seems they have matcha parfaits as well.
As you pass through the noren, you enter a space where you can enjoy your meal.
I ordered the matcha set this time.
When I took a sip of the matcha, I felt the rich aroma and elegant bitterness, and I was reminded of how well it pairs with Japanese sweets. After enjoying the sweet kuzumochi, drinking the matcha refreshed my palate, allowing me to enjoy it without getting tired until the end. Since you can savor kuzumochi made from Yoshino kudzu, which is characteristic of Nara, along with authentic matcha, I recommend it to those who want to enjoy traditional Japanese sweets unique to Nara. It was a set that made me want to enjoy sweet treats slowly and calmly again.
