The salt ramen that looks rich but is actually light

I saw that there was a lunch menu that came with fried rice, so I ordered it without hesitation!
The salt ramen looked like it would be rich, but it was actually light, and I could also taste the flavor of shrimp. Perhaps because they used a special salt sourced from Niigata, the flavor had a depth to it. The fried rice that came with it had juicy char siu and the rice was perfectly fluffy and delicious.
