A ramen shop near the busy Kuuhinji intersection in Kumamoto City. It has a traditional shopfront and, while not spacious, it offers a cozy atmosphere.
The soup is made from pork bones, with fragrant roasted garlic that further stimulates the appetite. It’s a simple bowl with wood ear mushrooms, two slices of chashu, green onions, and sesame.
I drank up all the soup, thank you for the meal. 500 yen is cheap!
