A Must-Visit! A Stylish Tart Specialty Store in the Mountains
About a 30-minute drive from the center of Kochi City, in Tosayama, is the tart specialty store "tartedetorta".
I have been using it for about 5 years, and no matter how many times I eat there, I always have a fresh sense of excitement. I highly recommend this place to many people.
This time, I chose the Nagano Purple tart. The balance between the juicy and sweet grapes and the tart crust was excellent, and it was truly delicious!
They are usually open about twice a week, and depending on the month, Wednesday is often a morning day, and Sunday is when the café is frequently open.
On other days, you can eat in or take out at "Bar Tosayama," which is a little before tartedetorta.
The fun of tartedetorta is that the tarts on display change depending on the season and the day.
Many of them use seasonal fruits, and the time spent choosing, wondering, "What will there be today?" is enjoyable.
Of course, the taste is great, but the appearance is also gorgeous and beautiful, making it perfect for souvenirs or a treat for yourself. It's a tart shop that you want to stop by even if you have to go a little out of your way, and it has been my favorite for a long time!
