A sake brewery that has been in operation since the Edo period. In addition to the traditional sake "Traditional Famous Sake Nango" series, we offer an innovative flagship series that includes blended sake, which is rare in the world of Japanese sake, along with a wide range of products. In 2023, a new brewery designed by the renowned architect Hiroshi Naito was completed. The new brewery also features a shop where tastings can be done and a cafe for relaxation after tours. It is open including weekends, but has irregular holidays, and the days off are listed on the website.
