A rich chicken broth in an unexpectedly rockin' space! It was a satisfying lunch experience🎸
I visited "Kyurokutei" in Nakagawa Ward for lunch.
When I arrived at 12:05 PM, the restaurant was already about 90% full, and shortly after I arrived, it became fully booked with a line forming outside. If you want to ensure you get in without waiting, I recommend arriving right after opening!

Today's order:
Atmosphere of the shop: The photos of E.YAZAWA displayed in the restroom, the BGM playing in the shop, and the T-shirt worn by the owner all convey the owner's enthusiastic fandom for E.YAZAWA. Such unique quirks are part of the shop's fun charm.
Thoughts on the ramen: The thick chashu, seasoned egg, green onions, and kaiware are all toppings, and the soup is a rich chicken broth concentrated with umami. A distinctive feature is the chopped onions that are not commonly found in other ramen shops, adding a refreshing accent to the rich soup, making it delicious until the last bite!

The extra noodles were served on a plate about 2 minutes after ordering, and I was also given a bottle of ramen sauce, allowing me to adjust the flavor intensity freely. Enjoying it with the 100 yen rice made for a truly satisfying and filling lunch.

If you're looking for delicious ramen in Nakagawa Ward, this is definitely a place you should try at least once!
